2010 Census - Be Counted Jefferson County Public Health is encouraging everyone in Jefferson County to be sure they are counted in the 2010 Census. Every person living in the United States must be counted, including people of all ages, races, ethnic groups, citizens and noncitizens. Request for Proposal for Integrated Mosquito Management Contract for Jeffco Public Health JCPH has begun the process of preparing for the 2010 mosquito control season.
