Facility information at Pine Valley Ranch Park
The following facilities at Pine Valley Ranch are available for reservation rental.
Reservations will be taken no more than nine months prior to the event. 
Rental time is limited to a five-hour block between 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. April through September, and 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. October through March.
Large Shelter - 15 Tables
(maximum 100 people)
Fee: $100, plus $300 damage deposit
Small Shelter - 8 tables
(maximum 60 people)
Fee: $50, plus $150 damage deposit
Gazebo (island maximum 25 people)
Fee: $25, plus $75 damage deposit
Fees are payable in full at the time of rental confirmation. All fees are non-refundable. Damage deposits are refundable in whole or part contingent upon the condition of the shelter after the event. Loading and unloading of vehicles must be done from designated areas. Driving beyond the parking areas is strictly prohibited.

Group activities require advance registration and must adhere to the rules for special events. The posted rules and regulations shall also apply for reserved facilities.
Please be prepared to provide Open Space with the following information when reserving a facility at Pine Valley Ranch Park:
- Organization
- Type of event
- Applicant's name, address and phone number
- Date and time of event
- Contact person during the event if not applicant
